Office Visits

For your information, Dr. Kaplan and her staff are all fully vaccinated. We are prescreening patients to ensure no one is experiencing fever or concerning symptoms at time of their appointments. All staff and patients will have their temperatures taken and wear masks throughout the appointment.

We are making our office contactless and paperless to avoid unnecessary points of contact. We will be taking payments and insurance information via phone and email if preferred.

We are reducing the number of patients in the office by reducing appointments to ensure social distancing measures and rooms can be sanitized between visits.
